Volunteers and Internships

First3Years has been working to give every child a great start since 1980. Today, we continue the tradition of supporting parents and caregivers by putting research to practice through training, mentoring, advocacy, and collaboration. We know that much of our success lies within the talent of our wonderful volunteers and interns. Within this, we look for interns and volunteers with dedication, passion and ethical practice; as we continue to strengthen our impact throughout Texas.

We are looking for a data-savvy, organized individual with an eye for detail. Duties include sorting through training records, organizing data files (hardcopy and digital), categorizing training numbers to meet grant measurements/board reports, and completing event summaries by utilizing event evaluation surveys.
