Exclusive | First3Years Members Only

Connections Corner is a digital and interactive series with First3Years! These members only events will allow for open discussion and deep engagement on special early childhood topics. Events will be hosted via Zoom and will be limited to 30 participants to allow for effective communication and interaction. We are encouraged that these sessions will create communities of learning with candid questions and sharing of real-life experiences.

Connections Corner is meant to provide a safe space for professionals who impact the lives of young children to come together to expand their wealth of knowledge through the benefits of vicarious learning, a robust discussion, and the exploration of effective tools and strategies that can be integrated into diverse environments.

 


Connections Corner: Diversity In Early Childhood Discussion

Infants and toddlers have different backgrounds and environments that help shape their early childhood experiences. How do early childhood professionals make sure not to show negative biases? Join us in this Connections Corner for an open discussion on cultural diversity to better understand how our background influences biases.

Connections Corner: Equity and Inclusion for Minority Groups Discussion

September 28 | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Equity and inclusion in early childhood settings can often be overlooked. Becoming inclusion and equity-minded is about awareness and advocacy. Join us in this Connections Corner to engage in conversations surrounding equity and inclusion for the populations that you serve.
